Can a nonprofit use Cash App?

How much does Cash App charge a nonprofit?
Cash App deducts its fee from each payment before it reaches the Business account:
- 2.6% + $0.15 per payment from a customer's Cash App account.
- 3% per Tap to Pay payment. The payer is not charged a fee.
- No monthly fee is listed, and the account is free to create.
- Instant Transfer to your bank or card: 0.5% to 2.5% ($0.25 to $1 minimum, $75 maximum). Standard transfers are free.
- On a $100 donation: $97.25 reaches your balance, or $97.00 by Tap to Pay.

Do donors need Cash App to give?
Online, yes: a Business account receives payments from customers who use Cash App, by $cashtag, QR code, email or phone. In person, Tap to Pay accepts contactless cards and digital wallets for a 3% fee. On Zeffy, donors give on a web form by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or US bank transfer, with no app to install.
Does Cash App send tax receipts or keep donor records?
Neither is publicly mentioned. Cash App shows payments in the account's Activity tab, and its help center describes no donation receipts or donor profiles. Zeffy sends a tax receipt on every gift and builds the donor's record in its full donor CRM: giving history, lists, thank-you emails and newsletters, all free.
Can donors pay with Cash App on Zeffy?
