Simplicity over process
We don’t put endless processes in place to avoid every mistake. We prioritize strong ideas, fast execution, and real-world learning. No pointless debates or ego games here.
One of our junior designers convinced the co-founders to change the branding just a few weeks after joining. It wasn’t a priority, and it definitely wasn’t the usual decision-making process—but when it’s a good idea, we go for it. 😊 She then went on to design the entire new brand in two months (no agency involved).

Be there for each other
We aim to build a work environment that reflects what we stand for: healthy, supportive, and collective. Whether it’s sharing ideas or supporting each other beyond work, we do it with care and humility.
Feedback is at the core of how we work: we give it often, ask for it at every level, and receive it with a genuine desire to help each other grow. That also means being transparent—even on sensitive topics. Financials and fraud data are shared with the whole team during all-hands.

Own it & make it happen
To maximize our impact, we believe everyone should fully own what they do. That means strong ownership, clear accountability, and holding ourselves to high standards and ambitious deadlines.
In practice, we work in short, ambitious cycles: the year is split into six two-month periods.
For example, we launched in the US in five days.

This is where you meet your future manager. We dive deep into your past experience and walk through it alongside the job description.
Tailored case study

We assess your skills through a real-life case. It’s also a great way for you to get a concrete feel for the work at Zeffy (all details are in the job post, $500 if it takes more than 3 hours).
Cultural Interview with leadership
IN-PERSON, 1h
You’ll meet the leadership team (CEO, CTO, CRO) to make sure we’re aligned on how we work—and that you can see yourself in our culture.
Team lunch & reference checks

We meet outside the office, in a small group, to connect in a more relaxed setting, have open conversations,
and make sure the fit feels right.
