What you'll need:
A Claude or ChatGPT account, and Owner access to your Zeffy organization.
STEP #1
Find Zeffy in Claude or ChatGPT
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and find Zeffy. In ChatGPT, open Apps and find Zeffy. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, a Claude organization owner adds Zeffy first, then each member connects from their own account.

Sign in to Zeffy
Click Connect, sign in to your Zeffy account and pick your organization.
STEP #3
Choose what it can do
By default the connection is read-only. If you want, tick the box that lets it create and update contacts and record manual payments. It always asks you before deleting anything. Then click Authorize.

Your data stays in Zeffy
The connection is read-only. When you ask a question, only the answer comes back. ChatGPT will never modify your data.

Is my data safe?
The connection is read-only by default. It can only add or change contacts and record manual payments if you give it that permission when you connect, and it asks before each deletion. It can never refund or change online payments, send emails, change your settings or see other organizations.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Anything about your donors, donations, campaigns, memberships or payouts. "Who are my top donors?" "How much did we raise last month?" "Which campaign had the most first-time donors?" Ask in plain English and get specific answers back.
