Does Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud include peer-to-peer fundraising and event ticketing?
Salesforce has fundraising, but it is fundraising operations rather than collection. Their own Fundraising page describes single and batch gift entry, gift commitments for recurring donations, pledges and planned gifts, and gift designations for restricted gifts. All of that records and attributes money that already arrived. What is not described anywhere on their nonprofit pages is a donation page, payment processing, peer-to-peer fundraising or event ticketing, so the donation itself has to be collected somewhere else and brought in. Zeffy collects the donation and records it in the same place, including peer-to-peer campaigns and event ticketing.
Is Zeffy a Salesforce alternative for arts and cultural organizations?
It depends on your size. A major venue running subscription seasons and reserved seating needs a dedicated ticketing system, and Zeffy is not that.
