Can I preview my letter before sending?

Yes. You can preview your letter anytime while you're creating it to see exactly how it'll look when your donors receive it.

What if a contact doesn't have a mailing address?

No problem. Letters will only go to contacts with complete mailing addresses. You can choose to skip contacts without addresses or add their address info before sending.

Can I personalize letters for each donor?

Absolutely. You can add variables to include each donor's first and last name in your letter. It makes your message feel more personal and thoughtful.

Can I add a QR code to my letter?

Yes. You can add a QR code that links to any active Zeffy campaign. Your donors can scan it with their phone to quickly give, register for your event, or visit your campaign page.

Can I recall a letter after sending it?

Unfortunately, no. Once you send a letter, it can't be recalled. We recommend reviewing everything carefully before you hit send.

How long should my letter be?

We recommend keeping it to one page. Shorter letters are easier to read and more likely to keep your donors engaged.
